Power Automate

Power Automate, formerly Microsoft Flow, is the Microsoft low-code tool for automated workflows called flows. Rencore Governance covers it with the Power Automate connector, part of the Apps, Automation & BI module.

The connector inventories flows with their triggers, actions, connections and runs, and the environments they live in. Policies flag flows with errors, flows without owners, unused flows and flows that need a premium license.

Automations email flow owners, and actions add or remove owners and run-only users or groups.

Power Automate flows are not Rencore Governance automations; Rencore Governance inventories and checks them.
