Power Apps is the Microsoft low-code tool for building business apps. Rencore Governance covers it with the Power Apps connector, part of the Apps, Automation & BI module.

The connector inventories canvas apps, their versions, connections and Power Platform environments. Policies flag apps shared with everyone, apps without owners and apps that need a premium license. Automations delete or quarantine an app, with or without an approval first.

Actions add or remove owners and run-only users or groups. Power Apps and Power Automate share one consent, given with a dedicated Power Platform administrator account.
