Rencore Governance

Also known as: Rencore Governance platform

Rencore Governance is the Rencore platform that inventories your digital workplace, apps, automations and AI agents. Rencore runs it as a hosted service, which you open in a web browser.

It scans a connected tenant into an inventory, shows what each object can reach, and applies your rules through policies, reports, automations, reviews and provisioning.

Rencore Governance gives IT and governance teams one view of who owns what in the tenant and who can reach it, from Teams and SharePoint to Power Platform and AI agents.

For example, you can find Teams without owners, files shared with external users and Copilot Studio agents without an owner, then fix them with automations.

Modules

Rencore Governance is organized in three modules:

Digital Workplace is included in every Plan. The other two are add-on modules, available on the Premium and Enterprise Plans. Power Platform is only included in Apps, Automation & BI, and Copilot only in AI & Agents. Add-ons such as Files & Folders and Custom Metadata extend a Plan further.

Hosting

Rencore hosts the service in Azure, in the data center of your Workspace. The optional Dedicated Isolated Infrastructure add-on runs the entire platform in a fully isolated Azure environment hosted by Rencore.
