Viva Engage

Also known as: Yammer, Microsoft Viva Engage

Viva Engage, formerly Yammer, is the Microsoft 365 app for company-wide communities. The Viva Engage connector of Rencore Governance, part of the Digital Workplace module, inventories every community.

Connector: Viva Engage (generally available). Rencore Governance covers 1 object type, 1 policy, 2 automations and 2 built-in actions for Viva Engage.

A policy flags communities without members, automations delete a community with or without an approval first, and actions add or remove community members and owners.

An automation can also create a new community with the Provision Viva Engage Community action.
