OneDrive is the personal file storage of each Microsoft 365 user. The OneDrive connector of Rencore Governance, part of the Digital Workplace module, inventories every OneDrive with its files, folders and file sharing.

Policies flag files shared with external users, OneDrives near their storage limit, OneDrives that belong to a disabled user account and files older than five years.

Automations can remind owners about files they shared externally, or warn them when their OneDrive reaches its storage limit.
