Microsoft 365 is the Microsoft cloud suite of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and the Office apps. The Microsoft 365 connector of Rencore Governance covers the groups, users and licenses behind your tenant.

It inventories Microsoft 365 groups, users, deleted groups and users, subscriptions, service assignments, sensitivity labels and Message Center messages. Policies flag unused licenses, administrators without MFA and groups with external owners.

Actions add or remove users and licenses, set the sensitivity label of a group or restore a deleted group.

Each Microsoft 365 service, such as Teams or SharePoint, has a connector of its own.
