Data Processing Agreement

Also known as: DPA, Governance Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement for Rencore Governance sets out how Rencore processes personal data on your behalf, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires. It is published on rencore.com and on the Trust Center.

The agreement can be concluded, or in some cases is automatically incorporated, when you sign a contract for Rencore Governance. It applies together with the Governance Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Rencore Governance stores metadata about the users of your tenant, such as user names and login names, so your data protection team usually asks for the agreement during a vendor review.
