Trust Center

The Rencore Trust Center, at trust.rencore.com, is where Rencore publishes its certifications, security reports, policies and sub-processors. Some documents open directly, others you request access to.

On the Trust Center you request the ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certificates of Rencore GmbH, the SOC 2 Type 2 report for Rencore Governance, the CAIQ questionnaire and the latest penetration test report.

A vendor review usually needs these documents. Requesting them on the Trust Center gives you the current versions, instead of copies that may be out of date.

For example, for the most complete picture Rencore recommends that you request the SOC 2 Type 2 report, the ISO 27001 certificate, the CAIQ questionnaire, the SaaS Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement and the latest penetration test report.

The Trust Center also lists the sub-processors Rencore uses, what each one does and where it processes data. To see whether Rencore Governance is running normally, check status.rencore.com instead.
