Admin portal

Also known as: Rencore admin portal

The admin portal is the internal back end that authorized Rencore personnel use to operate Rencore Governance. It shows metadata only and has no insight into the customer data from your tenant.

It shows, for example, the users of a Workspace, scan job history, the number of connectors, and the names and descriptions of policies, reports and automations.

You never work in the admin portal yourself. It lets Rencore support and operate your Workspace without seeing the data scanned from your tenant.

For example, when a scan fails, Support can open the scan job history of your Workspace and the error messages of each job, but not your Teams, sites or files.

Who has access

• Authorized personnel in Technical Operations, including Operations and Support, for reliable performance, troubleshooting and operations.
• Authorized personnel in Product Management, to understand telemetry, usage and adoption.
