Data placeholder

A data placeholder is a field in double curly braces, such as {{reviewers.names}}, that Rencore Governance fills with real data when it sends a message.

You use placeholders in automation emails and messages, in review emails and in the approval and emails of a provisioning template, for example to name the requester or the object. Each inventory property has its own placeholder.

The properties tables in the inventory reference show the placeholder of every property.
