Automation batch

Also known as: Automation Batch Page, automation run

An automation batch is the group of automation runs that started from the same trigger at the same time. Opening a batch shows each run with its result.

The Automation Batch Page lists the batches of an automation by date, grouped by the GroupId property, which usually holds the timestamp of the trigger. A batch is where you start when an automation fails.

Every time an automation is triggered, it can run on many objects at once. The batch keeps those runs together, so you can see what one trigger did.

For example, a scheduled automation that emails the owners of 40 inactive sites creates one batch with 40 runs. If three emails fail, the batch shows which ones.

Opening a batch

Click Automation on the Nav Panel, click an automation, then click the batch date and time.
