Rencore Teams App

Also known as: Teams App

The Rencore Teams App (formerly Rencore Nova) brings Rencore Governance into Microsoft Teams for the people who own and use workspaces. It is included in the Premium and Enterprise Plans.

In it, users browse the Teams, SharePoint sites, Viva Engage communities and Microsoft 365 Groups they own or belong to, request new workspaces, decide on approvals and complete reviews. Admins configure the app, including which services it shows, under Teams App Settings.

The Rencore Teams App is built for the owners and members of workspaces. They use it inside Microsoft Teams, where they already work.

For example, a Team owner gets a Review task, opens the app in Microsoft Teams, confirms the members and removes a former colleague.

Home page

The Home page shows shortcuts to the provisioning templates a user uses most, tasks due in the next 30 days, ongoing requests, and the Explore and learn links your admin sets up.

The Rencore Teams App was formerly called Rencore Nova. The old Rencore Nova experience is deprecated and will be shut down on 31 December 2026; its guides stay in the Rencore Nova (deprecated) section until then.
