Rencore Nova

Also known as: Nova, Rencore Nova Teams App

Rencore Nova is a deprecated end-user app, replaced by the Rencore Teams App, that shuts down on 31 December 2026. It shows Rencore Governance content to users without direct access to it.

Opened in Microsoft Teams or in a browser, Rencore Nova shows content such as dashboards to users in your tenant. It has three sections: Workspaces, Access and Approvals. A Workspace Owner connects it under Rencore Nova Integration in the Environment Settings.

Rencore Nova is the former name of the Rencore Teams App. The old Rencore Nova experience is deprecated and will be shut down on 31 December 2026. The Rencore Teams App covers the same end-user tasks, so move your users there before then.

Sections

• Workspaces shows the Teams a user is a member of, new Teams, favorites and the user’s requests.
• Access is where reviewers approve access reviews.
• Approvals holds requests waiting for the user’s decision.

You can restrict which users may open Rencore Nova.
