What is a Workspace?

A Workspace is a container to centrally manage all settings, connected apps, and users for its Environment. All data of a workspace is stored in the same data center and storage container and cannot be separated.

A Workspace supports one Microsoft 365 tenant, connected through its single Environment. Different organizations should use their own Workspace.
