Steps

  1. Go to the Rencore Support Portal at support.rencore.com.

  2. On the login page, select Forgot your password?.

  3. Enter the email address of your Support Portal account.

  4. Click Reset my password. The portal sends a password reset link to that address.

  5. Open the password reset email (if it is not there, check your Spam or Junk folder) and click the reset link.

  6. Enter your new password and retype it.

  7. Click UPDATE & LOG IN.
