AI summary

Configure a Rencore Governance user's role, like Admin or Reader, to control what they can do, and assign them to teams to specify which objects they can view. You complete both steps from Settings > Users & Roles after the user is invited to your Workspace.

Give a Rencore Governance user a role, such as Admin or Reader, and add them to one or more teams. The role sets what the user can do, and the team sets which objects they can see.

Before you begin

  • Your role needs the Manage users permission, which the Admin and Owner roles have. See Rencore roles.
  • The user is already invited to the Workspace. See Invite users to a Workspace.
