Why do I not see all my workspaces?

The Workspaces page shows workspaces where you are an owner or member. If you are looking for a workspace you were recently added to, it may take a short time for changes to sync. Also check that the correct service tab is selected: workspaces are grouped by service type (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Groups).
