What it detects

Detects Claude projects that hold neither a chat nor an attachment and are therefore unused.

Why it matters

A project with neither a chat nor an attachment holds nothing but its own custom instructions - it was created and then abandoned. Empty projects still count against the organization's project list, still appear to everyone when they are not private, and still have to be reviewed by anyone auditing the tenant. Confirm with the creator that the project is genuinely unused, then remove it with the Delete Claude Project automation. Deletion is a hard delete with no recovery window.
