Environment notifications

Also known as: notification settings, system notifications

Environment notifications are the emails Rencore Governance sends when something in an Environment needs attention. You turn each one on under Notifications in the Environment Settings.

The notifications are Consent Lost, Error in Automation, Thresholds in Automation, Error in Provisioning and Subscription threshold. Each one goes to all Owners, all Admins, a mailbox you name, or a combination of the three.

All notifications are off by default. Consent Lost matters most, because without consent Rencore Governance cannot scan the tenant.

For example, Error in Automation sends an email when an automation fails to run, including when it stops after reaching its threshold limit, and Subscription threshold sends one when licensed users exceed 95% of the subscribed user accounts.

Click Settings on the Nav Panel, then Environment Settings and Notifications. Set each section and click Save. The sender of these emails can be changed in the custom mail settings.
