Template library

A template library is the catalog of prebuilt items you start from when you add something new in Rencore Governance. There is one for dashboards, dashboard tiles, reports, policies, automations and provisioning templates.

You filter a library by connector and, depending on the area, by category or severity, then customize the template in its builder.

Each template already matches a common governance goal, so you adjust a template instead of building from nothing.

For example, the Policy Template Library offers Teams without owners ready to turn on, with its category and severity already set.
